Project Management / Repair and Renovation Service

This is another of our on-demand services and is available to everyone who owns a property - not just our landlord clients.

As opposed to most agents who do not reveal their charges till the end of a project or never reveal them but keep them as a hidden cost, we believe in transparent pricing and offer full clarity of accounting when you instruct us to undertake work on your behalf.

In addition to providing you with written accounts of costs, photographic progress reports, receipts and invoices we also allow you to budget for a management fee by fixing it at ten percent of the estimated total spend. It is then our responsibility to finish the project on budget and in a timely manner.
(On projects over £20,000 fees are negotiable.)

Your management fee pays for the following fantastic inclusive services:

  • We suggest and advise on improvements to your property that will maximise its’ potential.
  • We obtain at least two competitive quotes for each job.
  • We source and oversee local workmen for projects and contract them for agreed rates (no nasty surprises!) Jobs can be as small as repainting a room or installing new guttering or as extensive as whole house renovations and refurbishments.
  • We organise architectural, interior design, legal and accountancy services.
  • We offer oral and written translation services of quotes and reports undertaken for our clients.
  • We provide photographic progress reports on each project on a weekly basis.
  • We document and collect accounting details of project costs such as receipts and invoices.
  • We follow up snagging lists until our clients are completely satisfied.
