About Eskikoy

Eskiköy is a small village about 3 kms from Dalyan. İn an area surrounded by aromatic Frankincense trees, orange trees and babbling brooks the village itself is small with around 700 residents. The village is old and well established with a number of restaurants, Ottoman houses, its’ own mosque and established gardens.

This area is a natural protection zone and most of the land available for purchase is arable land with only 5% building permissions and in large plots of 5000m2 and above. There are occasionally Turkish village houses available in the centre.

In the last few years this area has been discovered by some Europeans looking for spacious farm-style estates within walking or cycling distance of Dalyan. Eskiköy makes village life possible while town amenities are easily accessible. Peace and privacy are the words that best characterise this location.
